The Rio Verde Roman Villa (Villa Romana de Rio Verde) was a first to second century AD Roman home and villa complex in Marbella, Spain.

Today, the highlight of a visit to the Rio Verde Roman Villa are the impressive Roman mosaics, which depict mostly culinary and religious imagery. These mosaics are comprised of intricate patterns of black and white tiles and have survived in truly excellent condition.

The Marbella Town Hall has already awarded the work of the roof of the Villa Romana, located just meters from the Green River channel. A contract that have played half a dozen companies eager to implement the structure that will preserve the precious mosaics of this site declared of Cultural Interest (BIC), with the category of archaeological site. The countdown to the recovery of the remnant, particularly representative of the passage of the Romans in these territories has begun. Work will begin in August.
